As a member of the Double First-Class University Program, Zhejiang University is listed among the first batch of "world-class universities" and is a national comprehensive university. The famous British scholar Needham called it the "Cambridge of the East". Its predecessor was Qiushi College, founded in 1897, and merged with three other universities to form Zhejiang University in 1998. Currently, it is ranked 54th in the 2020 QS World University Rankings. 18 disciplines were selected as national first-class disciplines, ranking third among Chinese universities. Our main collaboration partner is Professor Hongyun Han, who has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience in the field of agricultural economics and management. She has extensive experience in leading national research projects.
