Professor Sauer and Stefan Wimmer travel to China for the fourth time within one year to strenghten the bonds with Chinese universities they established at previous visits. They will meet with researchers from Peking University, Renmin University of China, Zhejiang University and the Nanjing Agricultural University. Furthermore, they will participate at a workshop at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, where Professor Sauer will give a presentation entitled "Agri-Environmental Payments in the European Union". The schedule also contains a field trip to two large farms in Beijing and Nanjing.
