Funded by the August-Wilhelm Scheer Visiting Professor Program Prof. Dr. Hongyun Han and Dr. Xia Sheng from Zhejiang University, China, spend five days (18/3-22/3) at the Chair Group of Production and Resource Economics. Both researchers work at Zhejiang University's renowned China Academy for Rural Development (CARD). The aim of their stay in Weihenstephan is to strengthen research bonds between CARD and the PuR Chair Group. In the course of their visit, Professor Han will give a presentation entitled "Current Developments in Chinese Agri-environmental Policy" at the Hans Eisenmann-Forum on Wednesday at 6 pm. On the following day the guest researchers will be shown the agricultural research sites of the Technical University of Munich.
