Professor Sauer gives presentation about theoretical underpinnings, opportunities and limits of cooperations in agribusiness at the LfL (7/5)

The contribution of Professor Sauer is embedded in the event "Horizontales Marktordnungsrecht der EU zur Angebotsbündelung“, which is organized by the Bavarian State Research Institute for Agriculture (LfL) and takes place on May 7 in Munich. At the same time it is part of a workshop of the project "Optimizing the Agricultural Value Chain through Cooperation – Empirical Policy Advice for Bavaria", which the Chair Group of Production and Resource Economics works on together with the LfL Institute for Food Industry and Markets. In the course of the workshop different stakeholders of the value chain will discuss about the chances that cooperations offer to the Bavarian food industry.
