For the second time within a few weeks, the Asian Development Bank invited Professor Sauer as an external expert to one of its workshops. The workshop was entitled "Resource Utilization of Agricultural Organic Waste and Rural Clean Energy Development in China". In the course of the event, Professor Sauer gave an expert assessment on the subject.
