During a visit in fall 2016 Prof. Dr. Sauer got in touch with the Department of Agricultural Economics, Extension and Rural Development (DAEERD) of the University of Pretoria. To strengthen this relationship, Prof. Meyer from DAEERD is visiting in return, following an invitation of the chair. Besides the evaluation of possible mutual research activities, a guest lecture by Prof. Meyer will be part of the schedule. Subject of the lecture will be an introduction to his department and its cooperation with the Non-Profit-Organization Bureau for Food and Agricultural Policy. The lecture will take place in lecture hall 8 at March 22 from 11 till 12 a.m. Everyone interested is sincerely welcome.
