What to Expect?

• Flexible Project Duration: Either 6-month part-time or 3-month full-time.

How it works:

1. Explore Project Offerings: Dive into a diverse array of project opportunities updated regularly on our platform. Browse through the listings to discover projects that align with your interests, skills, and career aspirations.

2. Apply with Flexibility: Choose to apply individually or team up with peers to form a dynamic project team. If applying solo, our team will help match you to form cohesive teams.

3. Engage with Project Details: Once matched with a project, delve into the project details provided by the company. Understand the project scope, objectives, and expectations to gain clarity on the task at hand.

4. Meet Your Academic Supervisor: Each project study is supported by academic staff members from CEM. Collaborate closely with your supervisor to navigate project complexities, refine strategies, and overcome challenges.

5. Structured Process: Participate in regular meetings and structured project milestones, including kick-off meetings, mid-term results presentations, and final presentations. These checkpoints provide opportunities to showcase progress, receive feedback, and make necessary adjustments.

6. Optional Support Sessions: Take advantage of optional office hours offered by our academic staff. These sessions provide additional support, guidance, and mentorship to help you excel in your project endeavors.
